  • Set up and Stock stations
  • Prepare food for service
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in a high quality and timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots/pans, using dishwashers or by hand
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and ordely condition
